The shipping charge covers the cost by the USPS to delivery the package, while the package material is included in the price of the stuffed animals.

In most cases, it takes 2-5 days for First Class Mail, 1-3 days for Priority Mail, and 1-2 days for Priority Express Mail excluding weekends and holidays.  Although all orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours from purchase, the actual arrival date can be delayed due to unfavorable weather and processing issues with USPS, which is out of the control of our company.  Shipping information will be provided to the customer for tracking purpose.

An investigation will be conducted with USPS for lost package. Resending of the package or refund will be made only if it is found that USPS has lost the package. Please make sure the shipping address is a secured location. PlushMessenger.com is not responsible for package lost at the location after the delivery made by the USPS.

The billing address entered for credit card payment has to match the credit card record. Credit card payments are processed through Shopify.com which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant to make sure your credit card information is secured. PlushMessenger.com does not store your credit card information after the purchase is processed.

If you are not satisfied with our messengers for any reason, simply email us within 7 days upon receipt of the product for a return authorization before mailing it back in its original condition and packaging to us. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
